PDFops — the missing PDF write API for edge runtimes

Description

Reading PDFs is easy; writing them from a function isn't. PDFops fills AcroForm fields and merges PDFs deterministically over a REST API, so Vercel/Cloudflare/Deno apps can produce documents without a headless browser or Lambda layer.
